From the moment you begin your curtain journey with us, we ensure you are informed, supported, and in control—approving every detail as your custom curtains come to life.

1. Fabric Selection & Sample Confirmation

Fabric sets the tone. We offer a vast collection of premium textiles—velvets, linens, sheers, silks, jacquards, blackout options, and more.

You can either select any of the fabrics that we have published online or if you are looking for other fabric options with different shades then please contact us via the Whatsapp Chat link to view other fabrics of your interest. We have a huge collection in fabric type, colors and textures that are not yet published online. 

If you have already placed the order online then we will ship a sample fabric swatch to you so that you can see and feel the quality and texture of the fabric that you have selected. Or if you have not yet placed an order then you can request for fabric swatches before finalizing the fabric.

You Receive:

• A selection of fabrics tailored to your style
• High-resolution images, videos and physical swatches
• Guidance on fabric durability, feel, drape, and maintenance

Your Approval:
You approve the final fabric choice and confirm the sample before we proceed to production planning.

2. Stitching Style & Design Detailing

Next, you customize the look with your preferred stitching style: pinch pleats, grommet tops, rod pockets, or bespoke finishes.

You Receive:

• Visual examples of different stitching and pleating styles
• Expert advice on which style best suits your chosen fabric and décor
• Customization options for privacy or blackout lining

Your Approval:
You approve the stitching style and lining details before production begins.

3. Measurement Verification

Precision is essential—especially for luxury curtains. We ensure your sizing is perfect.

Things to check:

• You can use our measurement guide if you need help in taking the measurements of the curtains
• Please make sure that all measurements are taken in inches or converted into inches before submitting them to us online
• Our support team will confirm measurement details with you before the stitching is done

Your Approval:
You review and confirm all final measurements to eliminate errors.

4. Production & Quality Updates
Once the design is approved, your custom curtains enter production. Every curtain is hand-crafted by expert artisans with attention to detail at each stage.

You Receive:

• Progress updates throughout production
• Images or videos of your curtains being crafted or completed
• Estimated timelines

Your Approval:
You give a final green light before we proceed to finishing and packaging.

5. Delivery & Professional Installation
Your curtains are delivered with care, ready for flawless installation. We use DHL to deliver to more than 50 countries worldwide.

You Receive:

• Scheduled delivery notification
• A step-by-step installation guide, if you prefer self-installation

6. After-Care Guidance & Long-Term Maintenance
Luxury curtains deserve long-lasting beauty. We guide you on maintaining their elegance.

You Receive:

• Fabric-specific maintenance instructions
• Tips for cleaning, steaming, and seasonal care
• Access to our support team for any post-installation questions
