2. Product Information

• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance only.
• We strive to represent fabrics and colors as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to:
• Different dye lots or fabric batches
• Lighting conditions during photography
• Individual device display settings
• Slight variations in color, texture, or weave are considered normal characteristics of fine textiles and not defects.

3. Custom Orders

• All curtains are custom-made to your specifications.
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as production begins immediately.
• We encourage customers to review all details — including fabric selection, color, measurements, lining, and style — carefully before confirming an order.

4. Measurements

• Curtains are produced according to the measurements provided by the customer.
• Italian Royals is not responsible for inaccuracies in measurements supplied by the customer.
• Customers are encouraged to use our Measurement Guide or seek professional measurement assistance before ordering.
• Any remakes due to incorrect measurements will be charged as a new order.

5. Production and Delivery

• Each curtain is handcrafted and made-to-order. Please allow approximately 15-20 working days for production, plus shipping time.
• All delivery times are estimated and may vary based on supply chain factors or courier delays.
• Italian Royals is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Quality and Tolerances

• Due to the handcrafted nature of our curtains, a size tolerance of ±1–2 cm is within industry standards.
• Natural fibers (such as linen, silk, cotton, and wool) may display minor irregularities in weave or color — these are signs of authenticity, not faults.
• All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Returns are only accepted if:
• There is a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect size or style different from your confirmed order).
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
• If approved, Italian Royals may repair, replace, or remake the item at our discretion.

8. Care and Maintenance

• Each fabric has unique care requirements. Customers are responsible for following the Fabric Care Guide provided by Italian Royals.
• Improper care (e.g., incorrect cleaning methods, ironing, or handling) may damage the fabric, and Italian Royals will not be held responsible.

9. Installation

• Italian Royals provides curtains only; installation services are not included unless specifically stated.
• We recommend professional installation for best results.

10. Intellectual Property

• All website content, including images, text, logos, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Italian Royals and may not be reproduced, distributed, or copied without prior written consent.

11. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in US$ and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

12. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

• Shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Shipping is free for most of the custom curtain orders whose value is equal to or more than US$800.00.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by destination countries.
• Any such fees must be settled directly with the courier or customs authority.

13. Liability

• Italian Royals is not liable for:
• Delays due to courier or customs processes
• Issues due to incorrect measurements provided
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or handling
• Natural wear, fading, or shrinkage due to sunlight or environmental factors
• Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased item.

14. Force Majeure

Italian Royals shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, pandemics, transportation delays, or supply shortages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA.
