At Italian Royals, each curtain is a bespoke creation — made exclusively for you, to your exact specifications. Our goal is to ensure that your order arrives safely, beautifully finished, and crafted to the highest standard.

Please review our Returns and Shipping policies below before placing your order.

  1. Custom Orders — No Returns or Exchanges

Every Italian Royals curtain is custom-made to order, based on your selected fabric, color, style, and measurements.
Because each product is individually handcrafted and made exclusively for you:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Double-check all measurements and fabric selections before confirming their order
  • Review our Measurement Guide and Fabric Selection Guide before purchase
  1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Please review this confirmation carefully.
If you notice any discrepancies, contact us immediately at sales@italianroyals.com or contact us via live chat option on the website — corrections can only be made before production begins.

  1. Production Time

All curtains are handcrafted to order by skilled artisans.

  • Standard production time: 15-20 working days
  • If the chosen fabric is not available in stock then it may add 7-10 working days to the production time
  • During peak seasons or holidays, additional time may be required.

You will be notified once your order is complete and ready for dispatch.

  1. Shipping Information

We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. All delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, or courier delays.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

  • Standard shipping is available for most destinations.
  • Express or premium delivery options may be offered at an additional charge.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • These fees are determined by your local authorities and must be paid directly to the courier or customs department.
  • Italian Royals cannot estimate or control these charges.
  1. Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect your package carefully before signing for it.
  • If the package appears damaged, note it with the delivery carrier and take photos before opening.
  • Open the parcel immediately and inspect your curtains.

If you believe your item has been damaged in transit or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@italianroyals.com with photos and your order number.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

We take exceptional care in quality control and packaging. However, in the rare event that you receive:

  • An incorrect product
  • A damaged curtain
  • Or a verified manufacturing defect

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos showing the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

Our quality team will review your request. If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or remake the curtain at our discretion. Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

Returns for reasons such as color variation, texture difference, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not accepted.

  1. Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Italian Royals is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics companies
  • Customs or import processing
  • Force majeure events (weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.)

We will always keep you informed in case of any unexpected delay.

  1. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Please first check with family members, neighbors, or your building management.
  • If still not located, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.
    We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue, but please note that final responsibility may rest with the shipping carrier.
  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
Italian Royals is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Re-delivery costs (if applicable) will be charged to the customer.
