Curtain Fabric. We have a huge collection of fabrics that we have not yet put in the online system. If you want to see more colors and options then please click on the Whatsapp Chat link to reach our customer support. They will help you in locating different shades in different fabric types.
Measurements. Make sure to take all measurements in "inches" and not in centimeters. If you have taken the measurements in cm then convert it to inches by dividing it by 2.54 and enter the values in inches in our form. Please read the "Measurements Guide" for more information.
Width of the curtain rod. Make sure to enter the width of the curtain rod or curtain track. Do no measure the width of the curtain panel. We provide fabric about two times the width of the curtain rod ... implying that the curtains are designed with fabric twice the width of the curtain rod for fabric fullness, so that the curtain folds appear elegantly.
Curtain drop or height. Measure the height of the curtain starting from the top of the curtain rod to the floor. Do not take the measurement from below the curtain rod, as in several curtain styles, the curtain starts from above the curtain rod.
Mount Type - Wall or Ceiling. This means whether you are going to place the curtain rod on the wall or you will attach it to the ceiling.
Choose Lining. Lining for the curtain fabric increases the lifespan of the main curtain fabric by protecting it from sunlight, dust and heat. The lining also creates more privacy for the room and helps in sound and temperature control of the room. Privacy lining is translucent which allows some amount of light to pass through but provides complete privacy. Blackout lining doesn't only provide privacy but also blocks out most of the light from entering the room. Its good if you want to rest during the day or when the days are too long and you need to have a dark room for a good rest.
Curtain Rods and Tracks. We have several designs and colors you can choose from. Once you place the order then our team will work with you on the design and style of curtain rod or track that you want. Or you can connect with us using the Whatsapp link to see our collections.
Curtain Label. You can specifically mark each curtain ordered with a label so that you can identify which curtain is for which window or door. When we ship out the curtains to you, we will mark the curtains with these labels so that you can easily put each curtain at its right location in your residence or hotel.
No refunds or exchanges. These are custom made curtains made as per your fabric, color, stitching style and size. The products are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges. Please read the "Before You Order" guide for more information.
International Shipping - Customs, VAT and taxes. We provide free shipping to more than 50 countries worldwide. However, for international shipping outside the US, the customer has to pay for all customs, VAT, taxes and any other charges applicable in their country. The shipping still remains free from our side for all locations.
Professional dry clean only. All curtain fabrics on our site are high-end fabrics. Kindly do not machine wash but use only professional dry clean for all curtains. Please read our "Care and Maintenance" guide for more information on the same.
